The Grounded Body Project

The Grounded Body Project is a 6-month coaching experience designed to help you find lasting peace with food, your body, and yourself.

Through a unique blend of intuitive eating, nervous system regulation, and faith-based life coaching, you’ll uncover the deeper roots of your patterns and begin to live from a grounded, God-centered place.

Together, we’ll explore your values, life story, and inner world—connecting each piece to how you nourish, care for, and relate to your body. Along the way, you’ll gain access to:

  • 🎥 Foundational module videos on intuitive eating, nervous system work, breathwork, and somatic expression

  • 🧘‍♀️ Guided meditations and embodied prayer practices to help you reconnect with your body and the Holy Spirit

  • 💬 A private community platform for encouragement, accountability, and real conversation

  • 💡 Ongoing coaching and support to help you integrate healing into daily life

By the end of the program, you’ll feel more peaceful, confident, and connected—in your body, your faith, and your purpose.
