I grew up struggling with my relationship with food and my body. For years, I used food to cope with difficult emotions and never learned how to truly nourish myself from the inside out. Like many, I chased weight loss for a long time, but that approach left me feeling stuck and unfulfilled.

Everything shifted when I discovered intuitive eating. Through this approach, I healed my relationship with food and my body, and learned how to better manage stress and regulate my nervous system.

Now, as an intuitive eating coach, I’m passionate about helping women break free from restrictive dieting and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I guide them toward feeling grounded, confident, and free in their own bodies.
