Hi, I’m Sarah — a certified Life Coach specializing in intuitive eating, nervous system regulation, and creating sustainable, soul-centered change. I help women build a life they feel grounded in — one where they can walk confidently in every area, not just around food.

In 2019, I was at the height of my binge eating disorder. I know what it’s like to wake up with a racing heart, full of regret and shame over what you ate the night before. I tried every diet I could find, desperate to change my body — and escape myself.

But real healing didn’t come from another plan or restriction. It came from going inward. I began to regulate my nervous system, tend to my thoughts, listen to my body, and build a life that felt nourishing from the inside out. Slowly but surely, food stopped being the center of my world — and fulfillment started taking its place.

Healing your relationship with food and body often starts with healing your relationship with life itself. That’s the work we do together — gently, intentionally, and rooted in compassion.
